New Technology Helps Streamline The Selling Process

Technology has came a long way in the past decade, and new technology is streamlining the home selling process.  In my practice I use a tool called ShowingTime to schedule showings and send feedback to sellers.  I also use a professional marketing agency called AdWerx to help me market my listings online.

ShowingTime makes it easy for homeowners to approve or deny showing requests.  When an agent wants to show my listing, I ask that they schedule it through ShowingTime.  The agent requests the showing, and the homeowner receives a text notifying them of the request.  The homeowner can then reply “Y” to approve the showing or “N” to deny it.


While ShowingTime is a nice tool for operations, AdWerx is equally useful in terms of marketing my listings online.  AdWerx helps me with tasks like creating video tours, creating facebook ads and creating instagram ads.

Technology has made the selling process easier for homeowners and agents who know how to use it.  The process is now more streamlined than ever, as long as you have an agent who understands how to streamline it.
