The purpose of this page is to explain the criteria which qualifies listings as "standard listings".  Frank Hough refers to "standard listings" in many of his marketing materials, and we want to be very clear about what qualifies a property as a standard listing.

Standard listings have not gone through foreclosure, short-sale, or been lender owned in the past two years.

If the property is located in Rochester, MN then Frank's recommended listing price must be at least $124,900 to qualify as a standard listing.

If the property is located within 25 miles of Rochester then Frank's recommended listing price must be at least $199,900 to qualify as a standard listing.

If the property is located within 75 miles of Rochester then Frank's recommended listing price must be at least $299,900 to quality as a standard listing.
